We’re aiming to create a network where professional encounters feel more natural.

Hi, nice to meet you!
Why did you create unlabel?
Why did you create unlabel?
We believe relationships matter more than ever. But networking doesn’t come naturally to everyone—and too often, it can feel forced, exclusive or like you need to know the rules.
We’ve been lucky to build incredible relationships simply because we love meeting people, asking questions and connecting them with one another. Yet our best conversations rarely happened at networking events. So we started wondering: What if networking felt more like those conversations? What if people met as humans first—and only later discovered what they do?
What are you hoping people experience?
We want to make networking work for everyone. To create spaces where people feel genuinely welcome, comfortable to be themselves and curious to meet someone they might not usually cross paths with.
If we can make connecting feel more human, inclusive and natural—and people leave thinking, I want more of this—then we’ve achieved something.
Why the
three
of us?
Because we all love connecting the dots and people.
We come from different backgrounds, but we share the same belief:
People are always more interesting than the labels they carry.

wenn es losgeht!
